Richard Turner

Executive Director, International Operations

Richard is responsible for Change Healthcare’s operations, customer success strategy, and commercial management and financial results. His responsibilities also include leading the international country directors and territory teams.

Richard has a proven track record of delivering, developing, and supporting healthcare information services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific countries by building and leading skilled and appropriately deployed teams. His previous experience includes implementing system deployment projects from both supplier and client perspectives. Richard also previously worked at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust as Radiology Services Manager.

Richard was most recently at Ascom, a global solutions provider focused on healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions. Before that he held increasingly responsible positions with the U.K.’s National Health Service, Carestream Health, and GE Healthcare.

Richard’s interest in Imaging and Healthcare IT was sparked whilst completing a Diploma of the College of Radiographers at Hereford and Worcester School of Radiology, followed by the completion of MSc Applied Imaging at South Bank University and subsequently a Prince2 Practitioner CPD qualification from Alexos. Patient focused care, the subject of Richard’s dissertation, remains a key interest, alongside AI and Governance, population health and technology and business intelligence.
